What is resolution?
Celebration of our history.
A promise to the future.
Resolution is a four-day conference featuring intentionally curated and designed educational opportunities, activities and play spaces, and time for community building.

During the conference, attendees will be immersed into all that The Index offers its guests and members.
​
Attendees will receive an Index pin and a Library Card Membership included with their registration.

What is included with registration?

Four days of open house access to The Index, each day with a different vibe to explore.

16 class sessions across 8 class blocks (only two at a time so you can experience as little FOMO as possible).

Intentionally curated class offerings from our wonderful presenter lineup throughout the event.

Evening play parties every night, indoors and outdoors, with designated areas for edge play and authentic expression.

Cigar and Leather social, themed to create the ideal ambiance.

A ribbon cutting ceremony to consecrate the kink, LGBTQIA+, and alternative lifestyle library.

A New Year's Eve sanctification ritual led by special guests (to be announced soon!) to start the new year with the desired intention.

Unscheduled time designed for relaxing, socializing, and really spending that quality time we all love, without the need for racing from class to class.

Opportunity to meet some of our selected vendors featured at The Index and either try or peruse their products.

Daytime access to the library and a chance to explore our venue wide gallery to see some never before viewed art from the library archives.

Special Features? Yes, please!

No scheduling before noon! Yes, you saw that right. Self care is real, y’all! We built sleeping in and/or enjoying breakfast into the schedule so you can recuperate before the day's festivities.

Tickets (included with your registration) each day for extra offerings like specialty beverages, cigars, or other treats.

On-site food options each day, included with your registration.

A bubbly (either alcoholic or non-alcoholic) toast on New Year’s Eve.
Conference Schedule Preview
Our presenters & staff matter
Our presenters and speakers for Resolution will each receive a travel stipend, and our staff will be compensated for their time during the event. We believe this is the most ethical course of action, and we aim to set a precedent and standard that exemplifies what we feel community care means.
WHAT COMES NEXT? & MORE
Weekend tickets do not include lodging. We have secured a local hotel to provide accommodations for our attendees at a reasonable rate (only $139/night) that includes breakfast daily (within a 10 minute drive to The Index, and close to places like Starbucks, Panera Bread, and more).
The best airports to utilize to reach The Index are Tampa International Airport (TPA) or Orlando International Airport (MCO). Both are approximately equidistant from the venue. We also have a couple of smaller airports nearby.
