Where are you located?
We are conveniently located equidistant from the Orlando and Tampa International airports in Winter Haven, FL, offering a centralized location to enjoy major Florida tourist attractions during your stay. The address for The Index is provided to our verified guests and members.

Are adolescents under 18 years of age allowed?
In order to maintain a discreet and comfortable environment for our adult guests, anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted on the premises in any way, shape, or form. Please read our Terms of Service for more information.

How much does it cost to stay at the venue?
Our nightly rate for overnight lodging rentals start at $350 a night (for members) for use of the entire venue (up to eight guests). That's $44 a night per person.

What options do I have for using the venue?
The Index offers overnight, short term lodging for guests. Members have access to more comprehensive perks. For more information about our membership options, click here.

Why does the price change throughout the week?
We felt that creating an accessible price structure where people can opt to stay during different parts of the year creates a variable price structure where folks who can afford more are able to, and folks who cannot can still have options.

What does The Index offer me as a guest?
A comfortable, expansive, adult only, private property that encourages intimacy, celebration, and relaxation; amenities that will make even a seasoned kink practitioner swoon; and finishes that mean your experience will be sanitary and satisfying.

Why is The Index an LLC and not a 501c3 organization?
We felt that the capacity for quick and deliberate decision making without additional barriers was critical in the planning of a venue like this one. Operating as an LLC does not prevent us from paying forward our success to charitable endeavours.

How will your profits be utilized?
Profit will be allocated based on our hierarchy of needs to ensure the property itself is preserved and that its caretakers are in a position to effectively maintain it. After the needs of the venue are met, a majority of our profit margin will be allocated toward our grant programs and other orgs we partner with.

Why the state of Florida and not elsewhere?
Despite the current political climate, Florida is a beautiful place that hosts a diverse environmental and cultural landscape. It is home to many popular attractions, including Disneyworld and Universal Studios. But most importantly, it is our home, and we look forward to sharing our home with you.
