who also are doing the majority of the work by themselves?

7 July 2022
The Index location acquired.
22 August 2022 - 10 October 2022
Began cleanup process of the house. This included three 30 yard dumpsters, over 10 tons of trash and construction material, and countless hours of sorting through personal items.
10 October 2022
Estate sale was held for two days, and many items large and small were given new homes.
20 October 2022
Began demolition in the house of the kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas needing repairs. Another 30 yard dumpster was filled.
25 October 2022
New AC unit was installed, including ionized sanitation system and upgraded cooling and heating throughout the house.
10 December 2022
First pass of electrical work was completed, including updating and rewiring many areas of the house for new lighting and upgraded appliances.
12 December 2022
First pass of drywall was completed, including retexturing in the living and dining room and repairing any drywall that needed repairs.
5 January 2023
Plumbing reruns were completed, and new tankless water heaters will be installed soon.
10 January 2023
Finalized demolition and final cleanup of the house and outdoor storage spaces to be prepared for completion of drywall.
23 January 2023
Primed and painted a few rooms in the house and chose paint colors for the remaining rooms.
31 January 2023
The interior of the main living space was painted (including the wood ceilings) and some drywall that needed repair after installation was repaired.
6 February 2023
Tile flooring was delivered to be ready for installation during the week.
12 February 2023
Decided on different finishes for the venue and determined some background information for operations of The Index.
19 February 2023
Took a trip to the countertop store and decided on the quartz countertop for the kitchen and laundry room.
22 February 2023
The couch was delivered from Rooms to Go, as well as the dining room table. We also cleaned up some areas of the house to prepare them for the following day.
23 February 2023
Tile was installed in the majority of the house by our contractor. We installed luxury vinyl plank in the living room, and are continuing to do so in the other bedrooms. Our electricians came in to finish some wiring and install of light fixtures.
1 April 2023
We installed the tile backsplash/feature wall in the bathrooms, and are continuing to work on cleanup and completing the flooring install in the bedrooms. Everything is finally starting to come together. A contractor came out to inspect our decks and our rooftop deck for safety.
