What's Available

Four playrooms (called our "Room Immersions") are available for play, each equipped with the following:

• One piece of dungeon furniture from @Fedora_Fabricatn
• One bed (two rooms with DungeonBeds which can be suspended from)
• Waterproof play sheets on the bed & additional splash blankets from SplashBlanket
• Gear that can be fully sanitized on loan

There are multiple hard points for suspension throughout the venue: one in the living room, multiple on the meditation deck, and two in the Observation Lounge.

Consent Expectations (also on our TOS)

Authentic consent is required for all parties participating in an activity (scene, play, or other form of intimacy or engagement).

Consent follows two models: 1) opt-in, or 2) opt-out.

“Opt-in” refers to the act of agreeing to specific activities. This implies that anything outside of the boundaries of what has been agreed to is strictly off limits and off the table for utilizing during the engagement. Crossing those boundaries is considered a violation of consent.

“Opt-out” refers to the act of disallowing specific activities, while all other activities are permitted within an agreed upon framework. This implies that only the specific activities must be avoided during the engagement. Crossing those boundaries is considered a violation of consent.

The consent modality chosen is to be understood, clearly communicated, and agreed upon by all parties prior to participating in an activity. Consent may be given via written, verbal, signed, or other form of accessible communication.

Allowable Forms of Play

We are proud to offer space for smoking/cigar play, edge play, and other forms of messy play that other spaces cannot accommodate. Our main restrictions include aerosolized fluids that may contaminate our venue for other guests.

If you are unsure whether or not the form of play you are interested in engaging in is permitted, feel free to ask the owners (Master Luke and His victor) if it's allowable. We enjoy enabling folks' desires, and if there is a way that we can accommodate you, we absolutely will seek to.

Noise Ordinances

We expect folks to maintain a sound volume/decibel level that is not disturbing or offensive to the surrounding environment (especially after 9:00 pm, and especially outside). If we are concerned, you will know, and we may ask you to bring conversation and/or play indoors.

Nudity

Nudity is permissible in the venue itself and in the outdoor areas behind the house. (The only exception is the non-smoking deck on the living room side of the venue.) For clarity, ask either of the owners where nudity is acceptable. Make sure to place a barrier when sitting on soft surfaces if nude (towels are available throughout the venue).
